Baker Estates has scooped the top prize in the "Best Design for Three Storeys or Fewer" category at this years Housebuilder Awards, with their stunning development Great Court Farm in Totnes, Devon.
We were commissioned by Baker Estates to produce a range of property marketing content for this development from interior and exterior photography to a glossy property video highlighting the unique design at the site in the South west.
Its great to see new homes developers taking steps away from the standard new build designs we see all across the country to stand out in the marketplace.
